Our rhubarb is steeped in our own special vodka for a minimum of four weeks and tasted frequently to see how it’s coming along! We blend the finished product with our award winning ‘Classic’ gin until the balance of flavours is perfect. Each batch is unique as the flavour profile of the rhubarb develops over the summer. There is no lurid pink colouring added, we believe when it comes to colouring, Mother Nature knows best.

Archangel ‘Limited Edition’ Rhubarb Gin Liqueur contains a special variety of the finest Norfolk Rhubarb, grown just for us at Beeston – Every cut of rhubarb contains varying amounts of juice so we make it “to taste” – not to a formula. Consequently, each batch has a slightly different ABV, lovingly recorded on the individually labelled bottles.
