A very fortunate, hand-crafted accident, distilled with alcohol from molasses and eight scintillating botanicals – juniper, lemon peel, lavender, dill, rosemary, cardamom, Angelica root and our star botanical, pimento berries a.k.a. ‘allspice’!
Taste Notes: Fresh citrus base balanced with Juniper and a floral finish encompassing a complex, yet delicate blend of hints of late summer lavender and rosemary, and exotic spices of cardamom, pimento and fresh dill.
