With our signature silver rum as a base spirit, you know this is going to be good! We rest this silver on oak formally used for ageing single malt whisky until it’s just right. Then we blend with Madagascan vanilla, orange, cinnamon and cloves as well as a few other choice ingredients. Our spiced rum is great drunk neat but pairs just as well with ginger ale, coke or tonic water.
Taste Notes: A slight oakiness underneath strong citrus and spice notes, almost a festive feel. Palate: Orange peel hits first with the warming spices. Finish: Vanilla mellows and smooths the finish providing a comforting warmth.
