A pleasantly soft style of gin, with a little oiliness and the aromatic notes of lavender and citrus … A very sippable texture and a bold yet balanced flavour profile, and a lovely lingering finish.

Taste Note:

  • Nose: Thyme honey and lavender. Soft orange, with a touch of white chocolate.
  • Palate: Spicy juniper at the fore, followed by raspberries and plenty of floral freshness.
  • Finish: Mouthwatering citrus, sherbet and more juicy raspberry.
