Initially a limited edition release from Pothecary Gin in Dorset, made with Sicilian Orange peel, Sicilian Lemon peel, and roasted Sicilian Almonds, along with Serbian Juniper and French, wild-foraged Gentian root.

The Gentian Root lends an impact and strength to this gin, making it the most powerful in the range, whilst not having the highest ABV at 47%. The Sicilian Orange aromas lead on to the Juniper core, with toasted Sicilian Almonds softening the palate slightly, before a woody, earthy and dry finish from the Gentian. Perfect in a Negroni, or as a long G&T with plenty of ice and fresh orange garnish!

Taste Notes: Refined juniper and subtle nuttiness from the almond – almost a little bit toasted at points. Refreshing citrus peel gives it a balancing sweetness.
