Typically, the botanicals are steeped in the neutral spirit for a period of time and then distilled together with the flavour infusions. For Pothecary, each botanical is distilled separately, and then blended with the finished gin before dilution. This process yields some truly amazing and intense aromatic flavours that are absolutely hard to find in the market.

Everything about this spirit is artisanal.
